Opening hours
Our after-school care is open 4 days a week: Monday to Thursday.
On regular school days we are open on Mon, Tue and Thu from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Wed from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
If you would also like to have care on Fridays, you can take out an additional contract with BSO Bambini at AJ Ernststraat 663. On that day your child will be taken from school to Bambini BSO.
Contract types
If you sign a contract with our BSO you get the regular after school care on schooldays as well as care on your designated days on studydays and vacationdays. Extra days after school or during schoolvacations can be booked extra of course.

Extra days:
An extra Mon, Tue, Thu afternoon after school costs €36,30 and an extra Wed afternoon after school costs €46,47.
An extra day vacation or an extra studyday costs €108,89.

Costs for BSO + holiday care per month:
One school day (Mon, Tue or Thu) € 238,94
One short school day (Wed) € 273,52
Four full days (Mon to Thu) €990,35
Study days
If a studyday happens to be on a day your child would go to the BSO you can bring him or her on that day from 08.00 am till 18.30 pm.
Study days are included in the price, if they fall on your regular BSO day.
Payment
Payment is monthly, before the first of the new month. The invoices are collected automatically, you give your consent by filling out the payment sheet with your contract. The invoices are automatically emailed monthly and once a year you get an annual statement for your taxes.

These days cannot be used as exchange days.
Daily food
At Villa Bambini Simcha, we eat dairy and vegetarian kosher food. We also eat fresh fruit and vegetables every day, such as cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados, and bell peppers.
In case of allergies or special dietary needs, we ask parents to bring their own produce. We'll label the child with their name and ensure they receive the correct one.
Parent Committee
The parent committee of Villa Bambini Simcha consists of 3 members and meets 3 times a year. They function as an advisory body for the daycare and the members are available for questions or complaints from parents. They can be reached via ocsimchabso @gmail.com .
To cancel
We hate to see our children and their parents go, but sometimes there is no other option. Cancellation can be done in writing or by email. The cancellation period is one month and starts on the first day of the following month.
The parent portal
Through the parent portal you can stay informed daily about what your child is doing at the daycare. Photos are placed in it by the teachers but you can also request extra days, for example.
